2. Self-Regulation -  Control your impulses, especially ones that can be destructive such as anger and fear

3. Motivation -  Be driven towards the job that accompanies achievement

4. Empathy - Consider others’ feelings when making decisions

5. Social Skill - Value networking and acknowledge that very few important jobs are achieved alone
