Timo Toivanen

Timo works as a senior partner in Taplow Finland. Timo has been working in executive search business from 2000 when joining a Taplow partner firm. Having an educational background as a psychologist, he has an earlier background in diverse clinical and organisational roles. Within Taplow Timo has had several roles: as consultant / managing partner / senior partner in local firm and a board member in Taplow Group. During his 25 years in the business Timo has successfully completed more than 500 search assignments in diverse industries. Whether it is a board member in a listed company or a sales director in a startup, Timo is known for his persistence in pushing the assignment to successful end as well as his respect towards candidates.
