Sunil Gandhi

Sunil Gandhi joined Taplow Executive Search with over 20 years of Executive Search, HR Consulting and Management experience across the technology sector. He has a successful track record recruiting senior leadership in areas such as Cyber/Information Security, Digital Transformation, IoT, Cloud, Virtualization, AI and Machine Learning, Infrastructure and Analytics for a variety of industries including, but not limited to, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, High Tech, Healthcare, and Travel & Logistics. Most recently, Sunil has been dedicated to the professional services arena, working closely with clients on management consulting, technology outsourcing and information services.
Prior to joining Taplow, Sunil worked as a Director of Executive Search & Permanent Placement at Randstad in US and General Manager at Randstad India. He is also a Co-Founder of Dextpro, a highly successful executive search practice. Sunil's engaging attitude, deep understanding of diverse cultures, candid style of communication, and attention to detail work together to enable him to generate long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates. Sunil resides in New Jersey and has an MBA in Marketing and International Business.
