Stéphane MARTINOD

Stéphane is Managing Director of Taplow Consulting France / Practice Lead for Executive Interim Stéphane has a Master's degree from a French Business School, majoring in Audit and finance.
He started his career in audit, accounting and finance for a big English Consulting firm. He then joined other sectors: Insurance, IT, Consulting for cost optimisation as a Business or Key Account Manager for middle-market companies as well as larger accounts.
In 2007, he entered a executive search firm, renowned nationally and based in Lyon and Paris. He accompanied key accounts in the assessment and selection of managers and engineers specialised in their field or operating in support functions mainly in the following sectors: industry, services and distribution. He joined Taplow Consulting France in 2013 and broadened his area of intervention towards the selection of directors, experts and top managers.
He became an associate member in 2015. Along with his partner, they bought out a pure player in Executive Interim field for 10 years in 2018, Aptimen Managers, and develop since then the Executive Interim practice with Taplow France.
