Shaista Sabharwal is the Co-Founder of The Taplow Group in India, where she has built and led the firm's growth, shaping its strategic direction and market presence alongside Sangeeta Sabharwal, the other Co-Founder. As Global CEO and Board Member of The Taplow Group, she collaborates with fellow board members to oversee strategic initiatives across 30+ countries, supporting business expansion, leadership excellence, and cross-border collaboration.

With extensive expertise in Executive Search, Shaista has successfully led C-suite and senior leadership mandates across diverse industries, including Consumer & Digital, Financial Services, Industrial & Real Estate, Life Sciences, Professional Services, and Not-for-Profit organizations. She specializes in hiring for CEO, CFO, and other senior leadership positions, partnering with businesses to build high-performing leadership teams.

Before co-establishing The Taplow Group in India, she built her expertise at a New York-based global executive search firm, specializing in leadership hiring for the Education, Financial Services, and Industrial sectors. She began her career in Management & Strategy Consulting, advising companies on India Entry Strategy, Business Diversification, and Product Development.

Shaista holds an Honors Degree in Applied Psychology and strongly advocates for work-life balance, finding inspiration in reading, gardening, music, fitness and travel.
