Sanjay Ghosh

Sanjay is Senior Partner -Industrial with Taplow India and works out of Pune, MH. His markets include Industrial clients across Middle East and India. He has over 28 years of experience in the Executive Search and HR services industry and during this period has serviced clients across geographies from SE Asia to North America. Prior to joining The Taplow Group, Sanjay worked for another global executive search firm for 10 years servicing clients in the Industrial sector.

Sanjay started his career as a Field Service Engineer for Caterpillar Earth Moving Equipment and Halliburton Oilwell Equipment. Later he moved to Sales and worked with Xerox and HCL before moving to the HR services industry.

Sanjay has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICFAI, India. He speaks, reads, and writes English, Hindi, and Bengali. Sanjay likes to drive, cook and learn photography when he gets the time.
