Ritu Mahajan is a Principal at The Taplow Group – India, specializing in the Global Philanthropy & Social Impact vertical. With over two decades of experience in HR, she has expertise in Talent Acquisition and Capacity Building across sectors such as Education, Telecom, and Not-for-Profit.

Known for her strong commitment to quality, accountability, and meticulous monitoring, Ritu has played a key role in shaping talent strategies for diverse organizations. She is deeply passionate about coaching and mentoring future leaders and has actively collaborated with universities and educational institutions to nurture young talent.

Ritu holds a Master's in Business Administration and is a graduate of the University of Delhi. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two daughters, an avid traveller, and a dedicated yoga enthusiast.
