After earning his Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management, Paul embarked on a sales career over 14 years with Pitney Bowes and Livingston International, winning several President's Awards and incentive trips for performance. The past 12 years, Paul has run the Atlantic Canada Region for a National Executive Search Firm specializing in CPG, Industrial, B2B, Life Sciences, Insurance, Manufacturing and Operations for roles ranging from sales reps to the C-Suite.

Born and raised in Halifax, with stops in Vancouver and Ottawa, added to extensive business travel throughout the USA managing relationships with Fortune 500 clients, Paul has a unique perspective of the business world and the attraction for talent from across Canada looking to relocate to our beautiful part of this great Country.
