Paul Cannon

Paul comes to MacDonald Search Group well-equipped with a BA from Carleton, a Post-Grad Diploma from Algonquin College and an MBA from the University of Ottawa. After his BA, he spent the next 10 years working in progressive sales roles with companies including Dare Foods, Abbott Laboratories, and Johnson & Johnson. That success led him to the world of executive search with his previous organization where he spent the next 14 years searching in Ottawa and, later, was promoted to a National leadership role in Toronto.

Paul joins MacDonald Search Group as our Managing Director of Ontario, Quebec & Atlantic Canada. He will continue a successful practice as well as develop and oversee the growth of our national presence. With his deep and broad experience, you can be confident that your experience with him will be positive from a candidate and client point of view.
