Paola Basaglia

Paola holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Milan. She developed a passion for the HR sector early on, and has over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, specializing in the selection of executives and top management for Corporate functions, particularly in Finance. She joined Value Search in 2023, an executive search firm that has been part of The Taplow Group since 2005. During her first two years, she worked for a recruitment firm specializing in middle management searches, particularly for medium-sized entrepreneurial companies. In 2002, she was part of a newly established Executive Search Firm. In the early years, Paola focused on Executive Searches across various sectors, including Industrial, Information Technology, and Telecommunications. In the following years, she managed senior and top management Finance positions across the board, particularly for publicly listed companies, those preparing for IPOs, and entrepreneurial firms.
Paola has also led projects in collaboration with Private Equity and venture capital funds. Additionally, she has specialized in projects within the Professional Services sector, contributing to the development of the Practice. Fluent in Italian and English.
