Pankaj Goswami

Pankaj Goswami joined Taplow India as Partner – Consumer & Education Practice in November 2023. He has a long and distinguished career of more than 28 years in Executive Search and Recruitment rendering his services in top international firms.

Prior to starting in Taplow India, he was Sector Leader in Korn Ferry driving the Consumer & Education Practice and before he was the Director – Leadership Hiring in Kelly Services. In these two international firms Pankaj was highly involved in the Consumer, Life Sciences and Education sectors for clients across India.

Prior to that, Pankaj worked in a boutique search firm, Grassik Search and Pankaj spent twelve years at Randstad in India and the UAE.

He received a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from All India Management Association, New Delhi. Pankaj speaks fluent English.
