Lily Bi

Lily has accumulated 24 years of work experience in the executive search industry in China. She has built and developed the Consumer and Healthcare & Life Sciences, Chemical portfolio's from scratch and in her previous role with Hudson China, grew the Advertising & Communications, Chemical & Energy and Supply Chain practices into highly profitable and successful businesses. Lily started her career as first local consultant across China for Hudson China and her last position was the East China Regional GM. Lily was the first local person to be appointed to a senior executive role in this company. In 2016, Lily set up Leading & Selective(Shanghai) Limited from green field with her rich experience in China recruitment industry.
