Jennifer Klassen

A proud, bilingual Calgarian, Jennifer has deep roots in the Prairies, which shaped both her personal and professional life starting at the University of Alberta, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Jen's career started at Agat Labs as a business development representative. This role provided her with a solid foundation in customer service within a complex scientific environment. She then transitioned to Alliance Environmental, where she was instrumental in onboarding major energy infrastructure clients, specifically in drilling waste management and environmental services. This lead to progressively senior roles at Tervita (formerly Newalta) and Millennium EMS Solutions in environmental consulting rounded out her skills including employee management, rebranding, and compensation planning.

Jen's unique blend of scientific knowledge, leadership experience, and commitment to family and community makes her a valuable asset to clients in oil and gas, environmental services, construction, supply chain, and operations.
