James Palmer

Prior to being an executive recruiter, James had spent his career in the B2B manufacturing space in Vancouver. For 16 years, he was with Great Little Box Company as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. On the back of James' entrepreneurial spirit, GLBC grew from a small local box manufacturer into one of the largest packaging companies in Western Canada. James also played the primary role in the acquisition of 10 organizations by GLBC.

With his experience as a VP in one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, and his background in integrating, recruiting, hiring and onboarding employees in a rapidly growing business, James brings a wealth of experience to the team at MacDonald Search Group.
