Helmut Boehler

Helmut is Senior Advisor to the Taplow Group and Senior Consultant for the German Speaking area. He is one of the founding Members of the Taplow Group in 2002. He had been Regional Director Europe for more than 10 years before he took over the responsibility for Germany as a Managing Partner.
Helmut has a Master degree in Industrial Economy and Human Resources Management. He started his career with Philips Industries in Hamburg as a HR-Specialist followed by HR-Roles in Mailorder (Otto Group) Computers (Siemens-Nixdorf) and Telecom-Industry (Avaya) where he was responsible Director for the HR-Management in Germany and selected branches overseas. In 1990 Helmut became Managing Director for Boyden International Executive Search in Frankfurt, Germany with responsibility for the northern office in Hamburg.
