Graeme Sandri

Graeme is Managing Partner of Taplow's New Zealand Office and as Regional Manager Asia/Pacific is a member of the Taplow Group Board. Based in Wellington, Graeme began his career in financial services at one of New Zealand's largest banks where he spent 20 years, the latter part in senior human resource roles until he left in 1998.

Following a period of HR Consulting, Graeme joined a reputable New Zealand recruitment company Momentum where he focused on senior search assignments and then transitioned to lead their Wellington operation as General Manager and then New Zealand Business Development Manager.

In 2014, Graeme and his now business partners Tony Walsh and Tim Rosenberg established SWR Executive Search managing executive search assignments for clients across New Zealand. Throughout this time Graeme has focused his executive search skills on C Suite and senior leadership roles. Graeme has also successfully completed a number of Board appointments including Chair.
