Giovanna Brambilla

Giovanna holds a Degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. She began her career as a Marketing Manager in the fashion sector and later joined, as a Partner, the Milan office of an Executive Search firm, part of a worldwide group.
In 2003, she founded Value Search, an Executive Search firm with a client-centric and international approach since its foundation. The company joined The Taplow Group in 2005. Over the last 20 years, Giovanna has led several international CEO and C-level Executive Searches for both local and international clients, supporting them through the different stages of their lifecycle. She has a keen eye for entrepreneurial companies as well as public companies.
She has deep expertise in the Luxury Goods, Retail, Consumer and Industrial sectors. Giovanna is currently a Board Member of The Taplow Group and has been a Lecturer at the Business School of Il Sole24 Ore.
She is deeply passionate about ongoing business and worldwide customer trends and is frequently invited as a guest speaker at conferences on Fashion, Luxury and Retail business trends. Fluent in Italian, English and French.
