With over 15 years of experience in the talent and competence supply sector, I bring deep expertise across the full value chain—from interim management and executive search to strategic business development. My career has spanned roles such as Recruitment Consultant, Regional Manager, Vice President, and currently, Managing Partner at Taplow AB and CEO of both A-Search AB and Chefspoolen i Sverige AB.

For the past 12 years, I have served on boards and in executive leadership teams within the competence supply industry. I have also played a key role in the integration and development of 11 acquired companies in this space. My focus areas include client development, strategic advisory and building and scaling businesses with a strong commercial foundation.

In recent years, I have led executive search recruitmentteam that working with Finance, Supply, HR, Tech, C-level, specialist and manager positions. I place great value on sustainability—in processes, recruitment, and diversity. Ensuring long-term impact and inclusive growth is central to how I think and lead teams, drive client success, and shape the organizations I work with.
