His business growth and executive search experience has concentrated on C-level and strategic leadership roles. Successes have included general management, human resources, legal and professional services, marketing, sales and business development, product management, and business development.
Prior to joining Taplow, Darryl held enterprise-wide senior executive decision-making roles with industry leading organizations such as Revlon Inc., Aon , DHR and Cushman & Wakefield.
During his tenure with Revlon, the global colour cosmetics, and beauty goods manufacturer as their US Head of Talent Acquisition. Darryl was instrumental in the development of a best-in-class talent acquisition team.
