Caterina holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Milan. She has over 25 years of experience in Executive Search, with a focus on executives and top management within the IT, Digital and Professional Services sectors.
She has matured a vertical market expertise, collaborating with the most relevant hardware/software vendors, system integrators and management consulting firms and acquiring a deep knowledge of Digital, Cloud, Cyber security and AI topics.
She is also familiar with the search for CIO and CISO functions for medium and large Italian companies. Fluent in Italian and English.
