Anoop Semwal brings over a decade of work experience in Leadership Consulting / Executive Search & Assessment. He focuses on advising clients on talent acquisition & assessment across different industries and geographies. Anoop is part of the founding team of Taplow Group India, and he concentrates on client management and delivering leadership roles for local & global markets and supports the firm in Business Development & Talent Management. He has successfully delivered leadership mandates across Consumer, Retail, Aviation, Automotive, Engineering, Lifestyle, Education, Technology & Infrastructure businesses

His experience has taught him how to consult the business in an ever-changing talent landscape with respect to their organic vs inorganic growth plans. To his credit are executing complex mandates for Large Indian Conglomerates to Global MNCs and New Age Businesses, including Higher Education Sector. Preceding his current role, he was associated with Transearch International, India office supporting the Senior Partner in delivering mandates across multiple industries. Prior to Transearch International, Anoop was associated with ABC Consultants & Acro Service Corporation and worked across India, UK and US markets for the Technology, Automobile & Engineering practice. Anoop holds a PGDBM from NIILM- New Delhi and is a Commerce Graduate from HNB University.
