Anna Nuzzi

Graduated in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Anna began her career in the automotive sector within a well-known German group.
She later developed her career in the Media & Communications sector, working for several major companies in the Italian publishing landscape, holding roles of increasing responsibility in the marketing field. In 1999, she started her career in Executive Search at a top ten firm, where she managed search projects in the industrial, energy, and media sectors. In 2001, she co-founded an Executive Search boutique firm in Milan, where she serves as a partner and shareholder. In the following years, she expanded her experience to middle management, collaborating with various brands in the sector. Anna manages numerous international projects with German-speaking countries and works with multinational and entrepreneurial clients, particularly in the Industrial, Consumer Electronics, Pharma, and Healthcare sectors. She has developed a strong focus on Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales & Marketing functions. In 2021, she joined Value Search as a Partner.
