Morten Stryhn

Morten is an associate partner at Taplow specialising in executive search, interim search and HR services. With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across commercial strategy, transformation and organisational development, he brings a deep understanding of what organisations need in high-impact leaders and specialists - both in permanent and interim roles.

Before coming to Taplow, Morten has worked at TDC, Telenor, Telia, METRO Cash & Carry, Coca-Cola and various small Danish tech companies in leadership roles on C-level and in various commercial specialist roles. This enables him to assess leadership capability, strategic alignment and cultural fit with precision. Morten works closely with clients to identify executives and interim leaders who can create momentum, navigate change and deliver measurable results from day one.

In addition to search, Morten supports organisations with HR advisory services, helping them strengthen governance, compliance and people practices. His experience in building teams, shaping culture and developing leadership frameworks allows him to guide companies toward best practices and sustainable organisational health.
