Marla MacDonald

Proudly from “small town” Saskatchewan, Marla ventured off to Calgary where she completed her Psychiatric Nursing Certificate at Mount Royal College. Next stop Vancouver, where she worked for several hospitals in the psych arena. That’s right – psychiatrics – perfect experience to keep a team of headhunters in place. After raising her family, Marla started working in our first original office way back when.

Marla is the first voice and person to greet our clients and candidates. Many have gotten to know her on a first name basis. She ensures that all the offices are running smoothly and makes everyone feel at home. As well, she handles a ton of our admin and marketing efforts. Without her, the offices would not truly operate!
