Laurence Frelin

Laurence has a master’s degree from a top 10 Engineering School in France, Ecole Centrale de Lyon and an Executive MBA from IMD Lausanne ; she also developed coaching skills at IFOD institute.

At the beginning of her career, she brought 13 years multicultural and international experience in strategic sales and business development in the Energy sector (ExxonMobil and Shell), 2 years in the Automotive sector. she spent then 5 years in Spain, especially working on an entrepreneurship project in the wine business. 

In 2017, she started working in Executive Search and currently her main field of activities is Energy, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Industry (aeronautics, chemicals, naval systems.), with recruitment of Executive, Non-Executive Board Directors, Experts and Future Top Managers, in France and abroad. 

She speaks fluently French, English and Spanish.

She is also a member of EVOLEN , a French Association in the Energy sector.
