Erol Deljanin is a Senior Consultant based in Montreal, where he manages MacDonald Search Group’s business in Quebec. He brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held progressive recruitment roles with Randstad Sourceright, Staffix Professional Staffing, and most recently Bird Construction, where he specialized in sourcing top talent for complex projects in the construction industry.
