Alison Licciardello

Alison Licciardello joined the Taplow Group as a Managing Partner in Victoria in 2018.  She first entered the field of recruitment upon joining Tanner Menzies in 2000, after a successful career in Account Management and Training with Tabcorp.  For five years, Alison recruited in the fields of Healthcare and FMCG at Tanner Menzies, and that has continued until today, with the addition of Manufacturing and Agribusiness.  She has worked for boutique firms (Sagacity Search and CMD & Associates) and returned to Tanner Menzies in 2018, joining the Taplow Group at the same time.  Alison’s experience encompasses executive search and selection, throughout Australia.  She has recruited across all levels, from middle management to CEO/Board level.
