Operating Board of Directors
The role of the Operating Board of Directors is to manage the company, which means, among other things, that it is responsible for achieving the company's aims, strategy and policy, and results. The Operating Board of Directors is accountable for this to the Supervisory Board and to the general meeting of shareholders. In discharging its role, the Operating Board of Directors is guided by the interests of the company, taking into consideration the interests of the company's shareholders. The Operating Board of Directors provides the Supervisory Board in good time with all information necessary for the exercise of the duties of the Supervisory Board. The Operating Board of Directors is responsible for complying with all relevant legislation and regulations, for managing the risks associated with the company's activities and for financing the company. The Operating Board of Directors reports related developments to and discusses the internal risk management and control systems with the Supervisory Board.

- Enhance The Taplow Group's public image
- Assess the Board’s own performance
- Elect Board Members, Directors and Committees
- Serve as a Court of Appeal
Chris Brassinne – Chief Executive Officer (USA)
Chris Brassinne joined The Taplow Group in 2004 and was appointed to his first term in 2006. He was subsequently re-appointed and his current term will expire in 2010. Chris Brassinne is the current Managing Partner of SearchPro International. Before founding SearchPro International, Chris Brassinne held several management positions with leading consulting, accounting, industrial and IT companies before being a Management Consulting Partner with Ernst & Young.

Athos Stylianou – Chief Financial Officer (Greek)
Athos Stylianou is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the Greek Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (England), a member of the Association of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Greece (SELE) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. He is a past Chairman of the British Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, a past President of the Association of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Greece and a past Chairman of Round Table Greece. He has been working in Greece for the last 31 years and prior to setting up DRM Stylianou SA he was the Managing Partner of Ernst & Whinney and Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Athens.

Mark Firth - Chief Information Officer (British)
Mark was first appointed to the board of management as The Taplow Group’s first CEO. Following his three-year tenure, Mark joined the Board of Regional Directors responsible for The UK and Ireland. In 2008, Mark Firth joined the Operating Board of Directors and was appointed Chief Information Officer focusing on Marketing & Communication. From 1978 onward, Mark Firth joined XXXX, an Executive Search firm, now Taplow Consulting (UK), where he is the General Partner.

Finn Aagaard – Chief Business Development Officer (Danish) Founding Partner
Finn Aagaard was appointed to the Board of Management when The Taplow Group was founded. Originally responsible for the development of the Nordic region and marketing strategy, he was appointed CBDO in 2008.
Chairman of the Board of Taplow Denmark P/S. Prior to founding Taplow Denmark, Finn Aagaard held senior Sales and Marketing positions with several leading international companies. Finn is part investor and member of IT and multimedia business Executive Boards.
