OF ETHICS
Each member of The
Taplow Group is committed to abide by the AESC's
code of ethics, some of which are partially noted below:
- The
Taplow Group member firms will maintain the highest
standards of professional conduct and serve their clients
in a professional manner using procedures and documentation
that are standard to the executive search and human capital
industries.
- A member
firm of The Taplow Group
will not knowingly accept a consulting engagement without
the genuine belief that the fees charged to the client will
be fully earned and justified.
- Without
the written permission of client organizations, The
Taplow Group member firms will not recruit
or cause to be recruited any person employed by their own
client organizations. The
Taplow Group member firms may independently
recruit from the clients of other member firms of The
Taplow Group, but never by conspiring with
such member firms to circumvent the spirit of this requirement.
Client definition will also entail engagements accepted
in referral by other member firms.
