competitive advantage and sustainable value for our clients.
Our unique culture of seamless
collaboration and global knowledge-sharing allows us to go
well beyond recruitment in facilitating and influencing business
relationships toward value creation. Our clients benefit from
knowing what we know, everywhere.
Confidentiality
Each firm enforces/maintains strict security over all information
accumulated during the course of an assignment. This includes
information provided by candidates and clients and has enabled
members to build and maintain a strong reputation among corporate
board members and with high-level executive management.
Research
To be effective in the identification of prospective candidates,
research must be current, realistic and relevant to the clients'
requirement.
Off Limits
Our members rigorously adhere to their off limits policies
in respect to clients and candidates.
Reference Checking/Due
Diligence.
According to worldwide research and studies, many apparently
successful searches fail three to six months after the apparent
completion. In many such instances, this is because thorough
due diligence and reference checking was not performed during
the search process. The
Taplow Group has the ability to conduct rigorous,
comprehensive, methodical reference checking and due diligence
using where necessary the consortium's global knowledge network.
