The Taplow - China and Human Smart embarked on a fantastic journey to explore the truth of leadership below the “iceberg” in Beijing. Starbucks North China, Country Garden, 91 Technology, CreditEase, CMIG, Vivo, Shaklee and a number of leading enterprises were attracted to this event.

Furthermore, more than 30 CHROs participated in this event, some of them were even from Tianjin, Hebei Guangdong etc.

At the beginning of the event, founder of the HumanSmart Changcang Li and senior consultant of Taplow Beijing Wendy Li delivered a welcome speech to all the participants. Then, Peiying Li, one of Taplow China’s business partners hosted the wonderful journey of brainstorming.

Firstly, participants played a game to get to know each other. Through the game, the participants reflected further on how to break the boundary between the colleagues.

Development of the leadership can be seemed as a journey, since we have to continually improve ourselves.

How can leaders improve themselves, from self-managing to managing others, from managing others to managing managers, from managing managers to managing leaders of a department, from business group leaders to business line leaders.

How to overcome the 6 main challenges of leadership development—from ‘I’ to ‘we’?

Through some real cases Mrs. Li presented the logic and methodology behind this question in detail.

Participants listened attentively and took notes. In addition, they raised some really meaningful questions and interacted deeply with Mrs. Li.
