Working across 50 markets in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Emerging Asia, S80m investment fund focused on TMT in high growth markets and fund raising for 2nd larger fund to start offices in Dubai, Johannesburg, Bahrain, Barcelona and Singapore

Positions:
Senior managers and principles to enhance our delivery of services to clients. Projects widely vary nature, type of client and country and include:
- Strategy review and business plan.
- Design of new markets entry strategy.
- Design and implementation of promotions and pricing policies based on customer base analysis.
- Identification & implementation of new sources of top-tine growth.
- lPO preparations and investment services.
- Transaction management for Buy/Sell side mandates.
- Transaction management for fund raising mandates.
- Identification of investment opportunities for PE fund.

- Lead project teams/investment teams.
- Responsible for the creation of the key deliverables.
- Be the key day-to-day client contact and act as senior advisor to C-level clients.

- Deep understanding of the Telecom industry.
- Capacity and willingness to work in the three business lines of the client’s integrated model (only selected members of leadership team work exclusivity in one business line).
- Highly motivated individual driven by a passion for Telecoms.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to add value, influence change, innovate, visualize and create whist providing outstanding client service.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic team player that enjoys driving internal and external client satisfaction.
- Willingness to re-locate to Dubai or Johannesburg with significant amount of travel (mostly within the Middle East and Africa).
Qualifications:
Manager:
- 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- TMT strategy/management consulting at premier global consulting firm.
- MBA from top school preferred but not required.
Principle:
- 8 years + of relevant professional experience.
- TMT strategy/management consulting at premier global consulting firm.
- MBA from top school preferred but not required.
Remuneration:
The compensation package is highly competitive and includes:
Gross base salary, allowances, a bonus percentage based on individual and company performance; plus social benefits (e.g. Full health insurance package, life insurance, etc).
