History

Thirteen established independent Executive Search and Human Capital consulting firms met in Taplow, England. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the establishment of a new global corporation that was to be unique in the market sector.
The name is derived from the location of the conference; our partner from Finland, Matti Alto, came up with the name The Taplow Group after saying that the group stood for everything we discussed in the town of Taplow.
The essence of what we stand for is:
- Equality of membership – with all partners being owners;
- Honesty and Ethics – Treat partners, clients, and candidates in a professional and ethical manner;
